We are committed to continually enhancing the quality of our products and services, while expanding our range of premium LDPE and HDPE packaging materials. This aligns with our long-term vision of producing PE film in a smart, efficient, and environmentally friendly manner.
The initial step involved raising the roof of our production hall by more than 6 meters to make room for the new extrusion line, which stands at nearly 16 meters tall.
Commissioning a building with extensive production technology is always risky due to weather factors. We successfully overcame these challenges in close collaboration with our supplier.
The dimensional constraints of the production hall interior presented a significant engineering challenge. The support tower for the technology had to be positioned within very tight tolerances, with only a few centimeters of clearance in any direction.
This complicated task was successfully accomplished in cooperation with the contractor’s team of designers.
We implemented a rigorous preparation process for the line installation. While it is impossible to anticipate all contingencies in such a large-scale project, a focus on detailed planning and risk mitigation can help minimize the effects of unexpected events.
The supplier company was able to carry out the installation with our full support and did an excellent job.
We successfully tested the production line in June 2023 and put it into operation.
