PE film extrusion
We operate the most modern coextrusion (blown, 3-coex) LDPE/HDPE/MDPE film production line on the market in Slovakia and the Czech Republic from a leading global manufacturer.
This allows us to produce PE films for you with high quality parameters.
Our production is intelligent, energy efficient and we can stably provide you with fast and flexible delivery of polyethylene films even in higher volumes.
Our production technology allows us to configure the individual layers of your film to achieve the desired mechanical properties while reducing the consumption of raw materials and additives during production.
The intelligent gravimetric system ensures automatic dosing of the exact amount of raw material into each layer.
The result is a higher quality and more cost-effective product for you.
The sensor control of the film thickness allows us to produce PE film with a very low thickness deviation. The thickness control is carried out continuously and automatically during the production process.
The resulting product thus achieves stable properties across the entire surface of the PE film. This ensures that our polyethylene film behaves stably when used on your packaging machines and you avoid unnecessary production downtime.
By means of a rotary oscillating film take-off, we ensure that our PE film achieves uniform deposition of different film thicknesses, which allows us to eliminate the so-called “cone-shaped” film and thus increase the quality of your final product.
Our company also operates 2 smaller auxiliary PE film extrusion lines.
PE film suppression
In case of your request, it is a matter of course for us to provide foils with quality printing – by the so-called flexographic printing method.
We print our polyethylene films either in-line (extrusion and printing of the film are done in one operation on one line) or off-line (printing is done as a separate operation on a separate line).
Technical parameters:
- possibility of printing with up to 6 colours
- printing width up to 1200 mm
- rapport length (distances between each print image) up to 700 mm
We can also print recycled characters on your PE film.
In cooperation with a renowned printing studio, we will be happy to provide you with the production of printing plates on the basis of your supplied documents. In case of your interest, we will also provide you with a full printing service for modifying your graphic design of the imprint (layout).
